The Retail Tenancy Unit, as part of the NSW Department of State and Regional Development, has put together an information kit to help businesses get a better understanding of retail leases.
The Info kit for retail tenants provides a summary of the protections available, tests to measure how much businesses understand about retail leasing, and detailed explanations of the issues involved with retail leasing.
The kit is available to view online, can be downloaded as a PDF, or a copy can be ordered on CD Rom. For more information, visit the Retail Tenancy Unit website.
