There is an interesting article by SMH Small Business about a State Government probe into the growing use of online property auction sites amidst concerns consumers have little or no protection when entering into a property transaction online.
The REIV has welcomed a commitment by the State Government to review sale of land laws to ensure they allow for and protect all parties involved in the emerging market for online property sales.
